Unique Ride Company and the Hubbir app bear no legal or financial responsibility resulting from these acts or negligence.
If a user or service provider engages in unlawful behavior or breaches the terms of use, they bear full legal responsibility before the competent authorities, including compensation for any material or moral damages to the company or any other party.
Unique Ride Company reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions, including suspending or canceling accounts and filing lawsuits against violators.
Users and service providers acknowledge that Unique Ride Company and the Hubbir app are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from misuse of the app or illegal or harmful acts committed by users or service providers during their use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify this policy or its terms related to the app and services at any time at our discretion. Upon any modification, we will update the version date at the bottom of this page and post a notice within the app. We may also use other methods to notify you of changes, such as contacting you via the contact information you provided.
